All returns must be authorized via email (therebelshopllc[at]gmail[dot]com) and products must be unopened and in resellable condition.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return has been made necessary by a mistake on my part.

Orders are normally shipped via First Class Mail with the U.S. Postal Service. If you would like to make other arrangements, please contact me at 706-499-0259.

Many products on this website are manufactured on demand, so please allow at least 10 business days for delivery of your order. Some products may take longer if they are manufactured overseas (these are noted on the product pages). You will be notified if an unexpected delay occurs. The Rebel Shop is a one-man operation (I'm Greg, btw). I strive to fill orders as quickly as possible, but I am not Amazon. Your patience and courtesy is greatly appreciated!

Shipping costs are based on the subtotal of your order. If the actual shipping costs are significantly less than stated below, the difference will be refunded to your account.
